On June 1, the "14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, the Ministry of Finance and other nine departments was announced to the public, clarifying the "14th Five-Year Plan". During the period, the main direction and goals of renewable energy development, and focus on solving difficult problems in the industry. Earlier, the General Office of the State Council forwarded the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration's "Implementation Plan on Promoting the High-quality Development of New Energy in the New Era" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), emphasizing that my country's total installed capacity of wind power and solar power in 2030 will be 12%. The goal of more than 100 million kilowatts is proposed to accelerate the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system. In addition, the "Package of Policies and Measures for Solidly Stabilizing the Economy" issued by the State Council and the "Opinions on Financial Support to Do a Good Job in Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutralization" issued by the Ministry of Finance all propose to support the construction of large-scale photovoltaic and wind power bases and support the construction of A clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.
Renewable energy includes hydro, wind, solar, biomass, geothermal and ocean energy. Taking into account factors such as resource conditions, technological maturity, economy, and construction period, wind power and photovoltaic power generation will provoke the growth of renewable energy power generation during the "14th Five-Year Plan".
